The prices in euro are purely informative and they are converted to Romanian lei, at the NBR exchange rate, at the start of collaboration.

Payment of services is done after signing the collaboration contract and agreeing to working conditions. The method of payment is bank transfer, based on the invoice issued to the COMPANY’s account.

8. Disputes.

Any dispute in regards to the use of this service will be solved amicably.

If solving the dispute amicably does not work, then it will be settled with the Romanian courts.

Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the client assumes all risks.

9. Delivery deadlines of services.

Delivery deadlines of services are discussed individually for each request and are included in the service contract.

10. Security of personal data and information.

The COMPANY will use personal data entered by the client only for the purposes declared by this site. Information from the contact form is necessary in order to respond to your requests.

The society guarantees the confidentiality of all data. This data does not physically exist on the servers that run the site www.royaltrans.ro, them being accessible only by the COMPANY’s authorised personnel through the internal network.
